New Resources - Brain Pictures for Psychology, Biology and the Neurosciences

So, I've started to upload resizeable images that people can use in their teaching resources, lecture materials, papers etc.

These are black and white images of brains that can be labelled and personalised.

The first is a picture of the brain from above - a horizontal view (top down):

The second is a mid-sagittal image of a brain.

Both brain clip art pictures are easily resizeable and can be used in a variety of teaching resources:

Ocean /Sea Decor Set

So... finally got away for a well-earnt school holiday break and visited some beautiful beaches down the coast. It was great to get some fresh air, beach and exercise. AND it has inspired me to create a new decor (decoration) set for classrooms, which you can check out here:

I had a lot of fun making these sea critters! I was thinking today that you could even print them, cut them out and hang them from the ceilings, so it felt like you were in the sea! (: Some of the nametags etc would be big enough..Otherwise, I hope people enlarge the posters (:

Some cute monsters to teach colours! (Or 'colors!)

These are fun and quirky, to engage students. They also have a lot of detail, so you can expand on them (such as stripes and spots, sad, crazy and happy monsters etc). Ask questions about them or play a game of 'Guess who?'

I have made a set of posters and matching flashcards, all available at tpt in both British/ Australian/ New Zealand and North American English (to account for small spelling differences):

Hope you enjoy them!

Spanish (Español) Room and House Vocabulary Cards and Posters

So, with the able skills of a native speaker friend, I have made the house/ room vocabulary cards in Spanish!  So now handy for tourists and people studying the language (great for visual learners!):

This will add to the clothes and preposition of place I already have in Spanish. More soon!

You can find them at:

More Clothes Resources!

Well, you can't complain when your job means you spend a few days cutting out paper! I had SOOO much fun making these little paper clothes! They remind me of the paper dolls you dress with paper, which you don't see so often now. I used to love playing with them (although I worried about their backs being cold...)

Anyhoo, I have extended the original clothes flashcard/ picture sets and now have clothes vocab sets in:

INDONESIAN! (To make my Indonesian teacher proud!)

BRITISH ENGLISH! (because you guys call them flip flops...)

AMERICAN ENGLISH! (because jumpers are a different thing to you guys...)

SPANISH! (Just because they have awesome words for clothes!)

I've run them past native speakers, so it's been a busy few weeks...Anyway, check them out at TPT (free to join, get awesome stuff....)
